This program has been in the works for a long time, and I am so excited to finally bring it to all of you. It combines all my years of experience as a massage therapist and yoga teacher working with people who have chronic conditions, as well as my personal life experience living with multiple chronic illnesses.

More Good Days is an 8-week online course that blends gentle yoga, self-massage and guided meditation into a self-care routine specifically designed to nurture people dealing with persistent pain, fatigue, stress, or other symptoms stemming from a chronic condition.
