Connected: Yoga with Resistance Bands
October 21st – 25th, 2024

This online challenge includes daily, short yoga practices that utilize a resistance band in different ways every day.

Incorporating a lightweight resistance band into yoga helps you build strength and resiliency, deepens your awareness of how you’re moving, improves aches and pains, and helps you feel more grounded and centered.

This challenge is totally free and open to everyone. The classes are simple, adaptable, and appropriate for all levels. Beginners are welcome.
