Yoga Camp for Grown-Ups 2024
- Do you want to go on a yoga retreat this summer without breaking the bank or having to take more time off from work?
- Have you ever wondered how your life might change if you practiced yoga every day?
- Do you want holistic strategies for alleviating common aches and pains?
- Do you want to improve flexibility, strength, and balance while also reducing stress and tension?
Well, you are in luck; I created Yoga Camp for Grown-Ups just for you! (Because why should kids get all the fun this summer?!)
What is it:
- An in-person yoga class every day Monday, August 12th-Thursday, August 15.
- Classes are thoughtfully designed as a series and will blend self-massage, yoga, gentle strengthening, and relaxation techniques to help you relieve pain and tension from head to toe.
- This year the focus of Yoga Camp will be incorporating different-sized massage balls into our movement practice to help increase strength, coordination, stability, and relaxation.
- Classes will be accessible to all levels of experience; beginners are welcome.
Details:
- Location: 239 Woburn Street, Reading, MA 01867 (In the Unitarian Universalist Church)
- What to bring: A yoga mat and a water bottle. All other props will be provided.
- Classes will be 60-70 minutes per day.
- $89 for the week, registration closes Sunday, August 11th.
- Limited to 12 participants in each section.
When:
- August 12th-August 15th, 2024
- Monday-Thursday
- There are TWO sections for this camp, one with daily classes at 10am, and the one with daily classes at 7pm. Make sure you choose the desired section when registering.
